We are actively seeking driven managers who can deliver strong weekly sales volume across all available deregulated markets. As a Regional Manager , you will build and manage your own sales operation, focusing on enrolling residential and commercial customers into competitive electricity and gas supply programs through field sales, door-to-door efforts, team building, and community outreach in states with energy choice. Key Responsibilities: Execute high-volume customer acquisition targeting a minimum of 100 orders per week, with top performers scaling to 300+ orders per week across multiple markets.Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales agents to maximize outreach and conversions.Manage in-field sales activities while maintaining full compliance with state utility regulations and enrollment rules.Track daily/weekly performance and continuously optimize strategies to hit or exceed volume goals.Compensation & Pay Structure (Performance-Based): Demonstrated ability to personally produce or lead teams that achieve 100+ sales/orders per week (300+ strongly preferred for top-tier $200 electricity commissions).Strong background in high-volume direct sales, preferably in energy deregulation, telecom, solar, home services, or similar commission-only fields.Experience recruiting and managing door-to-door or field sales teams.Self-motivated entrepreneur with excellent leadership, organization, and field execution skills.Comfortable operating as a 1099 Independent Contractor / Independent Business Owner.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work in the field.Knowledge of energy sales compliance and licensing in deregulated states is a strong plus.Earnings are strictly performance-based and reward high-volume producers and team builders.
