Regulatory Advertising and Promotional Review - Contractor

The Regulatory Advertising and Promotional Review Contractor, reporting to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs Labeling and Advertising and Promotional Review, will work collaboratively with Regulatory and cross-functional team members (e.g., Global and US Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Patient and Professional Advocacy) to provide regulatory guidance in the development of US International and Global medical, promotional, and non-promotional communications. • Serves as Regulatory Affairs representative on the promotional review committee, ensuring content is compliant with Global/US regulations and internal company policies. This is inclusive of approximately 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising and promotional review experience (global and US) • Demonstrated ability to rapidly integrate into a team environment, build strong cross-functional relationships, and contribute from day one. • Proven ability to adapt to ambiguity and operate with a high degree of flexibility, adjusting to new information or changes in regulatory or commercial strategy.
