Regulatory Advertising Director

Job Title: Regulatory Advertising Director We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Advertising Director to provide strategic guidance on advertising and promotion of assigned products. This role requires a high level of autonomy, initiative, excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry with a focus on regulatory advertising & promotion. Key Responsibilities: • Review and approve materials that comply with relevant external advertising & promotional regulations or codes of practice • Align with regulatory colleagues on strategies to optimize commercial success of products for clinical trials, labeling, etc. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and vendors contributing to development, review, and approval of promotional materials • Provide oversight of promotional material review and ensure timely submission of applicable materials to regulatory agencies
