A company is looking for a PRC Legal Reviewer, Advertising and Promotions. Key Responsibilities Provide regulatory advertising and promotional review support across company products Review promotional materials for FDA compliance, including healthcare professional and DTC materials Participate as the Regulatory Ad/Promo reviewer on cross-functional PRCs and ensure promotional claims are compliant Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Advertising & Promotional Review (pharma or biotech) Strong knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion regulations Required experience with CFL guidance; SIUU experience preferred Experience supporting Accelerated Approval (Subpart E) products strongly preferred CNS or nephrology experience preferred
