Regulatory Affairs Specialist- Product Claims and Advertising

You will collaborate with our Content team to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all online product descriptions, claims, and advertisements. • Understand requirements for 3rd Party certifications such as Energy Star, Kosher, and NSF, including licensing obligations • Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on compliance best practices for e-commerce listings • Maintain documentation for product claims for auditing purposes, including maintaining records of regulatory submissions and approvals • Review e-commerce product descriptions, promotional content, and digital ads to ensure accuracy and transparency regarding product attributes and benefits • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Experience • A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on e-commerce product claims, compliance, or digital marketing.
