Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms Manage multiple client ad accounts and conduct comprehensive A/B testing strategies Create monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data Required Qualifications 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads required) Proven experience managing $10K+ monthly ad budgets Google Ads certification (required) and Meta Blueprint certification (preferred) Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
