This position includes no base compensation, but generates high, recurring commissions on sales.Only apply for this position if you meet the following criteria:You desire a 100% remote inside sales positionYou want complete control setting your work scheduleYou have experience selling digital advertisingYou are motivated by high recurring commissionsYou do not need a base salary or drawIf... you are an experienced advertising sales professional who has existing relationships with accounts that sell products to real estate agents or benefit from referrals from real estate agents (for example large mortgage, insurance or contracting companies) this is a fantastic opportunity.Responsibilities:Sales ActivitiesOutbound phone, email & social media prospecting inquiries to a lead list provided by the companyPersonalize and refine sales scripts based on proven scripts provided by the companyFollow up with prospects via call, email, and text to progress & close sales opportunitiesMaintain client relationships to prevent churn and cross sell as appropriate when new ad markets launchSolicit referrals from clients to corporate or organizational peers in other marketsOperational ActivitiesEnter sales into transaction system (Stripe)Reach out to customers when credit cards failSupport design and fulfillment team as needed to onboard new customersSend confirmation emails to customers post-saleSend notices to operations & fulfillment to kick off the onboarding processMaintain up-to-date records and notes in CRM and prospect spreadsheetsSkills & Requirements3+ years in advertising sales or similar digital services salesExperience with sales of premium, targeted advertising preferredKnowledge of the Residential Real Estate market highly preferredExcellent communication skillsCompetence with CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Remote Communications software (Google Meet, etc. Through RE-Target, advertising and organizational communications are displayed to Real Estate Agents and Brokerage Managers / Owners through web display points that are controlled by MLS / Association partners.
