Remote Customer Service - $22.50/HR

Because this position requires both interacting with clients and our database simultaneously, we are looking for someone that can handle both seamlessly where the customer does not feel the agent is struggling with the call. What You Can Expect: Receiving inbound calls Monday - Friday 8-5 Converting inbound calls to qualified users Working directly with happy people Managing user payment request Multi-tasking between customer service calls and registering/managing users Researching topics while on call Managing user's accounts during a call Some selling is required Interacting with motivated people Working with independence Here is What We Are Looking For: 2-3 Years of telemarketing or telephone customer service Typing a basic computer skills Some experience with Google Sheets and docs 1 year of Sales Experience Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement Strong written and verbal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and detail orientated 1-2 years of basic social media experience Positive people who are looking for advancement.
