Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (EST) Location: Remote Duration: 3-month position that could be extended for additional months if the candidate is exceptional. POSITION SUMMARY Recruits all positions (below director level) to include screening and interviewing candidates using the most effective recruitment methodologies, techniques, and processes. Works with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. • Identifies and pursues potential recruiting resources. • Ensures teammate requisitions reflect all appropriate signatures prior to posting; posts open positions both company-wide and as needed on selected job boards and websites.
