About the Role The mission of the Paid Search Ads Manager (Google Ads) is to own and scale Curology's paid search channel as the primary driver of efficient customer acquisition within the Growth team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, this role takes full, independent ownership of Curology’s Google Ads program, including campaign execution, performance optimization, measurement integrity, and cross-functional reporting from day one.
