Department Summary: Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. This is a managerial role, responsible for strategizing & overseeing localized marketing strategies in multiple markets. This role is for the NYC, Northern New Jersey, Washington D.C. and Baltimore geographies (and is subject to change). Key Responsibilities: Design and execute local marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive customer growth Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence and community impact Conduct research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategies Oversee local marketing budgets and track campaign performance, optimizing ROI and meeting KPIs Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment Skills, Experience and Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related work experience (or 10 years of sales/sales management experience) 7+ years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience MBA a plus Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community engagement strategies Understanding of local marketing tactics that drive traffic & conversions at a local level Strong understanding of marketing analytics and creating compelling business cases with strong ROI Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong presentation skills Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset Willing to work with grit and grind mentality #J-18808-Ljbffr
