The Sales Representatives identify opportunities for our clients to get the most out of MK by quickly understanding our clients’ needs, managing up-sell and renewal opportunities, and driving end-to-end campaigns to increase adoption of MK’s offering. The Sales Rep must learn to be an expert of our products, and be able to effectively communicate about those products with our clients. \- Has prior experience in a customer-facing role \- Strong customer service and negotiation skills \- Highly organized with strong attention to detail \- Demonstrable leadership skills in a fast-paced environment \- Self-directed and able to work independently, as well as work well with others \- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills (e.g. well-spoken, clear voice, and able to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to clients) \- Is proficient with G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) \- Has tenacity and drive to help our customers find success \- Will be easily accessible to our customers
