On-the-job training will be provided for all job duties beyond the basic skills required as stated below. Primary Job Duties: • Strong computer and internet skills are a MUST to be able to learn, operate and update our systems in an accurate and succinct manner. • Manage post-stay communication with guests, including feedback follow up and initiating on-line review requests. • Proficiently use our Housekeeping/Maintenance app (Breezeway) to report housekeeping or maintenance issues and to file inspection reports. Exact days TBD but flexibility is a must.
