Other duties may be assigned. * Ensure timely collection of rents and handling of delinquent accounts and legal action as according to Sunrise Management policy. * Assists in the handling of resident service requests and various concerns as required. * Ensures rents are collected and accurately account for all monies in a timely manner. * Represent Sunrise Management and the community you manage in a professional manner.
