We prefer a mature, energetic person(s) that is seeking a long-term position. Good computer skills, leasing experience, good phone skills to convert calls into customers, showing units, balancing payments and making bank deposits. Advertising/marketing duties and maintenance to include sweeping, light plumbing/electrical knowledge, repainting curbs, bollards, walls, and changing light bulbs. • Preferred but not required to have prior experience in the self-storage industry. • All approved applicants will be subject to Background check/drug test.
