Resident Manager to manage small portfolio

The Resident Manager, under the supervision of the Apartment Manager, is responsible for all phases of the operations this small portfolio. Attends and participates in outside or in-house activities, meetings, organizations, regulatory agency meetings or inspections, etc... as required by the needs of the property and as directed by the Property Manager in order to enhance the Public Image of the Property. Property Maintenance: 1\. Assist Apartment Manager with establishing a schedule for personnel to be available for emergency maintenance. Supervise to ensure the completion of tasks on the checklists, and ensures that all work is completed in a timely manner.
