• Assist the customers in renting units, understanding their lease agreement and fees. Technical Knowledge and Basic Qualifications: • General understanding of computer systems ability and desire to learn new programs and systems required. • The applicant in this position would preferably have 1-3 years of general customer service and business experience or the educational equivalent. Self- storage experience is not required. Must be willing to perform light cleaning duties and maintenance.
