We are in need of a working department operations service manager for our residential air conditioning service, sales and retrofit department. We have multiple divisions and our staff is stretched too thin for our air conditioning business and we have no one in our staff who can fill this role. We are using Service Titan, we have advertising 2nd to none, we have repeat customers for many years, we have trucks, we do business with 2 major brands. We need a leader for this division. You will need to recruit, interview, hire, manage, evaluate and terminate as needed all staff you will need to grow this division.
