Residential & Office Building Marketing Team Members

1010 Oceanside real estate team seeking marketing personnel with experience in Residential & Office Space rentals. Must be self-sufficient, detail oriented, able to work through checklists efficiently, assist with special projects if needed and manage your own daily calendar. Applicants should also be able to manage social media channels, mange email marketing campaigns, and have basic knowledge of software used in preparing marketing materials In addition there will be clerical/office work / tenant related duties & community open houses / networking events. Real estate experience is preferred but not required
