Property management is a stable, growing, commission income that increases as you build up the number of clients you serve. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and either a Real Estate license with 2+ years success in sales or a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of direct sales experience and a willingness to get a Real Estate license. Must have excellent communication skills in order to market services to potential new clients, explain services clearly, explain terms of lease and management agreements, and relay information between service providers, tenants and owners.
