Immanuel Congregational Church 10 Woodland Street, Hartford CT Immanuel Congregational Church of Hartford is seeking a part-time Property Manager to lease and oversee the maintenance and operations for 3 commercial/residential buildings the church owns, and to assist with service contracts and major projects at the church/office complex. • In coordination with the Property Committee, obtain proposals/estimates for significant repairs and maintenance issues. • Negotiate leases, obtain lease approval from the Board of Finance, secure signatures and security deposits for new leases. • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, and show units to prospective tenants. • Assist Property and Finance Committees in preparing an annual operations budget • Inspect vacant units and church/office complex, report to Property Committee any necessary repairs and/or renovations.
