He / She will be an ambassador for the hotel providing leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. • Recruit and develop training programs for all staff positions to the highest standard of guest service. • Direct, monitor, review and, as necessary revise and train staff in regard to, all daily operations of the property to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to the highest standards of operation. • In conjunction with the Reservations Manager, as needed throughout the year, develop and propose specials, packages, advertising campaigns and Eblasts for the approval of the Vice President of Operations and Ownership. • Monitor property capital investment/improvement projects.
