Restaurant General Manager

• Responsible for the execution of all store systems (inventory control, equipment repairs, etc.). • Will assist in the preparation of the annual restaurant budget. • Ensures the restaurant is accountable for the successful execution of all quality control programs (i.e. SteriTech, pre-shift checklist, etc.) • Educates, communicates and reinforces quality standards to all team members and management in the store. • Responsible for hiring staff, instructs them on the brand standards for products and service and holds each team member responsible for guest satisfaction.
