• Assistant manager has partial skills to take over some management responsibilities with an eye towards becoming full manager with proper training. • Lead our restaurant with our small & growing team to ensure an exceptional guest experience is delivered daily. • Help design and implement company policies with a goal to improve our team performance and enhance our overall dining experience. • Minimum 1 years Restaurant Management experience, preferably in a casual or fine dining restaurant with experience in a sometimes fast-paced environment. JOB TYPE: Full- time PAY: • Manager: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year with Bonus Incentive Plan.
