Position: Retail Manager Reporting to: General Manager Status: Non-Exempt Floor/Office Time: Expectations are to be on the floor minimum 60% plus of the time daily, and 40% or less time in the office. Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times. Maintain accurate and visible signage for customers. Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store. Full-time for us is about 25-40 hrs depending on the time of the year.
