Retail Marketing Manager (CA & NV)

We’re looking for a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to lead high-impact marketing strategies across up to 25 dealerships in California and Nevada. Customer Loyalty Initiatives: Design and implement marketing strategies that strengthen long-term customer relationships, leveraging internal technology and solutions with priority. Make data-driven recommendations and provide actionable insights based on customer behavior trends to tailor marketing approaches that drive loyalty and retention that is measurable on the Store Performance Scorecard and Customer Ecosystem Scorecard. Technology and Analytics Integration: Leverage internal reporting, market intelligence, data analytics, and emerging technologies to create personalized, targeted marketing approaches. Play a key role in bringing our Auto Done Easy experience to life across the region
