Retail Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to act as a strategic partner to dealership leaders across California and Nevada. If you’re equal parts strategist, operator, and data-driven storyteller, this is where you make your mark. Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms) Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions Final compensation is determined through the interview process in alignment with applicable pay transparency laws.
