Retail Marketing Manager

East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Retail Media Manager to join our Marketing team to lead the development and execution of advertising strategies on retail media networks (such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) to ensure alignment with our overall business and marketing goals. • We have employees that are committed to “Doing Good” in our community and around the world. • We are a growing company with products that customers love. • Preferred experience in Consumer Packaging Goods (CPG) • Strong knowledge of other retail media networks such as Walmart Media Group, Target Roundel, and Instacart • Solid understanding of retail media ecosystems, algorithms, and paid search strategies • Familiarity with key performance metrics for retail media, including ACoS, ROAS, CPC, and CTR • Knowledge of ecommerce best practices, including keyword optimization, audience targeting, and competitive analysis across retail media platforms • Experience in using retail media reporting and analytics tools
