Retail Marketing Representative

We are hiring a Retail Marketing Representative to join our team in Bakersfield. In this role, you will work in a retail setting, engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and supporting in-store marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Represent products and services professionally in retail locations
Speak with customers and provide accurate product information
Support in-store marketing and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Available to work in person in a retail environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
Willing to travel locally for training or business needs, when required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
