Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance
Contract Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs and performance.
Please note that this is a 12-month independent contractor engagement and is not a regular full-time employee position. The contract may be renewed or extended based on business needs and mutual agreement.
Location: Remote in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Annual Retail Marketing Campaign Execution
- Adapt national campaign and execute with excellence in selective retailers
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Brand Communication & Local Resonance
- Maintain consistent brand messaging while adapting content to resonate with Canadian consumers.
- Help amplify brand presence through locally relevant storytelling.
Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
- Work closely with content, e-commerce, creative, customer service, and external agencies.
- Coordinate effectively between local team and global HQ to ensure timely execution.Market Insight & Opportunity Identification
- Monitor consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitors to inform strategy.
- Identify brand growth opportunities in the retailer landscape.Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, and CLV to evaluate campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous marketing optimization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or integrated marketing.
- Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
- Experience working in the US retailer marketing is strongly desired.
- Strong understanding of US retail channels related to digital products.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strategic thinking with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and cultures.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Monthly)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $4,000- $6,500 per month. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
