A day in the life As a Retail Marketing Strategist, you will own the execution, performance, and growth of Amazon & retail PPC advertising campaigns within your book of business. Responsibilities Manage Amazon & retail search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data from Amazon Ad Console & other retail media platforms, tying into overall retail business performance Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to grow channel knowledge Continuously seek to improve campaign performance & business impact against client goals Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients Contribute to the development of new department training materials Utilize AI and delegation resources to assist in workflow where possible Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Qualifications 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting preferred Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon/Retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following: Amazon Ad Console Walmart Connect Instacart Ads Criteo Retail CitrusAd Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hit revenue per team member success metric: $25k+ Hit EBITDA per team member success metric: $5k+ Below 10% Client Churn Rate Most Important Things (MITs) Excellence in channel production and account performance Internal & client-facing communication Base salary + commission opportunities Medical Bonus 15 paid vacation days (PTO) per year Up to 4 hours per quarter for paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Fully flexible work environment: remote, in-office, or hybrid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 17 Colombian national holidays + 2 mental health recharge days per year Paid Social Security Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm Ongoing employee development programs Quarterly awards with prize money and recognition Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, and we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
