Retail Media Manager

We are seeking a Retail Media Manager to join our team in our office in Northwest Arkansas. • For top clients: Drive platform, ad type and budget strategy recommendations across retailers, communicate up to date media opportunities and said impact on overall media strategy, and conduct strategy meetings to relay key learnings across Bluebird. • Make frequent decisions of major importance that affect the work operations of your direct team and our clients by working closely with different retailers, internal pillars, peers and company leadership. • Proven track record of managing people effectively by providing a clear vision, conflict resolution, and development opportunities to ensure the success of your team.
