Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Walmart Connect channel strategy, including campaign structure and budget allocation
Own hands-on execution of Walmart Connect campaigns, optimizing performance against key KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and act as the internal subject matter expert
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in paid media, specifically in retail media networks (Walmart Connect preferred)
Proven track record of hands-on campaign optimization and execution
Strong understanding of retail media KPIs and optimization levers
Experience creating playbooks and training materials for internal teams
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
