Retail Operations Director

The Retail Operations Director is responsible for overall management of three Snohomish County Habitat Stores’ day-to-day and long-term operations, soliciting donations for the stores, playing an active role in planning for store growth and representing the Stores at public and community events. • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for the safe, secure, and high-quality performance of store duties and activities. • Ensure that all store locations are a clean, safe place to work for both volunteers and staff and a safe place to shop for customers. • Ensure The Habitat Stores adhere to government regulations as well as the policies of HFHSC and Habitat for Humanity International • Facilitate a positive, team-oriented environment through regular interaction and occasional volunteer appreciation activities. Required Skills / Experience / Physical Requirements • Have a strong passion for and be able to articulate the mission, values, and goals of Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County.
