We are hiring Retail Sales & Marketing Associates to represent national brands inside partnered retail locations throughout the greater Cleveland area. This is a full-time, in-person W-2 position focused on customer engagement, product education, and basic sales support.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience in retail marketing. No prior sales experience is required — paid training is provided.
This position is not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only.
Pay & Schedule
Weekly base pay: $700–$900 (based on schedule and performance)
Additional performance bonuses available
Full-time hours (30–40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Engage with customers inside partnered retail locations
Educate customers on current products, services, and promotions
Answer questions and help customers select options that fit their needs
Assist with basic sign-ups or documentation when applicable
Maintain a professional in-store presence
Work with your team to help meet daily and weekly goals
Deliver friendly and reliable customer service
Qualifications
Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn and follow training guidelines
Customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required
