Girl Scouts San Diego is seeking a full-time Retail Site Lead for our Escondido location. Duties and Responsibilities: Under the direction of the retail management team, takes lead responsibilities in the operation of assigned store location; may provide direction and guidance to retail sales staff on assigned shifts. Assist with the training process for Retail Associates as required. Ensure new product is checked-in promptly and accurately. Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent education required.
