Retail Sales & Marketing Representative

Our client is hiring an In-Store Sales & Marketing Representative to represent nonprofit organizations inside retail locations and at community events throughout the Ogden, UT area. This is a full-time, face-to-face customer engagement role where you will act as a liaison between charitable organizations and the public — educating customers, promoting nonprofit initiatives, and assisting with donor enrollment. This position requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to learn campaign messaging and structured outreach scripts in order to accurately represent each organization. Responsibilities include: • Learning detailed information about nonprofit missions, community programs, and fundraising initiatives • Studying and practicing outreach scripts and campaign messaging • Attending daily team meetings and training sessions • Approaching customers inside retail locations or event settings • Initiating conversations and building rapport with the public • Explaining current campaigns and why support is needed • Answering questions clearly and professionally • Assisting interested individuals with donor sign-ups or program enrollment • Tracking daily interactions and performance metrics • Representing nonprofit partners with integrity and professionalism You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift and actively engaging with customers throughout the day.
