The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the company. • Developing & implementing a retail marketing and sales plan for this location which is consistent with corporate policies, goals and objectives. • Coordinating sales promotion activities and prepare, or direct workers preparing, merchandise displays and advertising. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Experience/ Education Needed: • Previous manager experience, preferably in retail.
