Retail/Marketing Associate

We are a growing pool building company that also has a retail storefront location in Oregon, WI that specializes in pool & spa and many other outdoor, backyard, recreational products. We are currently looking for a Retail Sales/Marketing Associate to join our team! A great Retail Sales/Marketing Associate candidate will have knowledge in advertising and marketing on social media and other online avenues as one of the main responsibilities of this position will be to increase our online presence. Other skills and attributes, as well as work experience that would also make a great candidate for our team: • Familiarity with a point of sale or cashier systems • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding customer service • Cheerful working attitude • Somewhat Flexible work schedule (Some Saturday shifts will be required) As well as: • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store • Become a brand advocate and product expert to be able to assist customers with the proper advice/products for their needs • Assist in restocking, organizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
