This position will also be responsible for management of Tasting Room Staff and all guest experiences to ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Ensures that all visitors are greeted immediately when they enter the Tasting Room and provided with experiences that build brand loyalty. Generates ideas to promote increased wine club signups, sales and brand loyalty, in collaboration with the Wine Club Manager, and overall profitability of the Tasting Room. • Collaborates with developing programming and systems to improve data collection in the Tasting Room, including visitor counts as well as customer contact information. • Attends special events and tastings outside the winery as needed.
