We are looking for a high-energy airport advertising account executive (A/E) who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into lasting partnerships. With extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, the account executive will communicate directly with customers and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend advertising assets that maximize their branding efforts. The A/E must be an adaptable and knowledgeable multitasker with strong computer and communication skills. Travel minimum once a month.The successful A/E will be an expert communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between the customer and product offerings. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about customer relationships and focused on improving the buyer experience.Focus market would be the surrounding area Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide support to customers by understanding and meeting their needs.Make cold calls or communicate with prospects.Conduct airport walkthroughs to showcase advertising assets and opportunities.Follow up with prospects multiple times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are met.Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to potential buyers.Data collection and analysis to find trends.Develop sales strategies and meet or exceed established quotas.Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.Maintain a database of contact information.Build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.Overcome customer objections to successfully close sales deals.Handle customer issues that result in positive outcomes.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or the equivalent in professional experience.
