We are looking for an amazing Executive Assistant to help us lead our busy lives, mainly at work but light duties with our 6 year old daughter as well. Duties would include helping the couple that runs 4 buildings in downtown louisville, filing/admin, running things to fedex, gathering and organizing paperwork for them, occasionally picking up their daughter from school if the sitter cannot make it. Helping with light online advertising & marketing of vacant spaces....basically a jack or jill of all trades! The position would be full-time with an option for great benefits after 90 days.
