Job description Roofing Sales - Possible Potential Sales Manager Seeking an experienced roofing sales professional with the ability to close high ticket deals. We honor our customers with high quality work, long workmanship warranty, and courteous customer service. We are currently seeking to hire a Roofing Sales Professional to join our family at Renegade Roofing Co. You will be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling appointments, inspecting properties, writing estimates / closing profitable sales and keeping our CRM updated consistently. A natural leader - Leads by example Understands selling value of company, not price based selling Team oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Positive and upbeat personality High level of integrity, accountability and honesty Responsibilities: Sell and manage projects Hit (hopefully exceed) sales goals Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement Attend networking events to establish relationships and get leads Build and form new partnerships with potential clients Qualifications: 3+ years of verifiably successful residential and commercial roofing sales Familiarity with CRM utilization, estimating software and general computer skills Excellent communication and follow up skills Strong leadership qualities Ability to build rapport with clients Knowledge of insurance restoration a +++ Must have a vehicle that will carry a fold up ladder Pay Structure: Aggressive commission structure (varies based on experience) designed to highly compensate the right "Get out there and get after it" kind of roofing sales professional. HOWEVER, if you can generate your own leads, your commission rate will be even higher for those sales.
