The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns (primarily on Meta/Facebook) and is also skilled in video production, editing, and animation. This position will play a key role in:Generating leads for financial advisors through digital marketingProducing high-quality video content to support marketing effortsOptimizing ad campaigns and content strategies for maximum performance Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google AdsGenerate leads for financial advisors (B2C) and advisor recruiting (B2B)Create compelling ad visuals, landing pages, and marketing funnelsTrack, analyze, and optimize campaigns in real time to improve cost per lead and conversion ratesManage CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) and integrate lead flows with digital campaignsDevelop and implement email marketing automation to nurture leads and improve engagementContent Creation & Video Marketing (Secondary Focus)Create and edit marketing videos for social media and advertisingDevelop short-form and long-form video content to promote services and engage prospectsSupport the production of whiteboard-style animations and simple explainer videos (Videoscribe, Animaker, etc. )Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose video content for various platforms QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:Experience in both paid digital marketing and video productionStrong skills in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaignsVideo editing expertise with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut ProA creative eye for engaging video content and ad creativesFamiliarity with financial services or advisor marketing is a plus Why Join This Company?Work for a company founded by an NFL Hall of FamerBe part of a high-impact marketing teamCompetitive salary ($90,000 depending on experience)In-person role in Atlanta with hands-on collaborationOpportunity to create real business impact through innovative marketing and video
