In coordination with Privacy law team, provide advice and counsel on privacy issues related to customer data Develop and leverage strong relationships and internal partnerships across Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandising and Privacy organizations to maximize the achievement of business goals. Experience counseling business clients on a wide variety of legal risk issues Excellent analytical, strategic, legal research, writing, negotiation and advocacy skills Prior in-house legal experience is strongly preferred.
