Sales Account Executive – Digital Marketing

We are expanding and seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to generate and close new business opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating conversations with local business owners, conducting in-person and virtual discovery meetings, presenting marketing strategies clearly and confidently, closing monthly retainers typically ranging from $1,500 to $2,500, managing follow-up communication, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has at least two years of B2B sales experience, is comfortable prospecting and hunting for new opportunities, communicates confidently in person and over the phone, and is self-motivated and disciplined. This role requires someone who is comfortable working without a base salary and is driven by performance-based income. This position involves in-person meetings with business owners in the Jacksonville area.
