Sales Account Manager

Monitors and reacts to Resort performance results with current market conditions to develop sales or marketing tactics that exceed revenue expectations. The SAM will report to the General Manager to support strategic actions plans for the Resort that drives measurable and incremental sales revenue growth. Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the Resort sales plan which will focus on revenue, customer/guest expansion and market growth for the Resort. Observes service behaviors/actions of employees and provides feedback to manager and employees. Incorporates guest satisfaction as a component of meeting with staff and General Manager with focus on continuous feedback.
