Job summary Today’s Bride, Northeast Ohio’s leading wedding media and event company for 36 years, is hiring a Sales Account Manager to expand both local and select national partnerships. Responsibilities • Develop and manage established advertising accounts • Sell integrated campaigns across print, digital marketing, and live wedding shows • Consistently generate new business through outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, networking, and professional use of social media platforms • Build partnerships with businesses expanding into the Northeast Ohio market • Manage renewals, upsells, and campaign performance with attention to ROI • Track sales activity and maintain a consistent pipeline using CRM tools Qualifications • 3–5+ years of B2B, media, advertising, or consultative sales experience • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Competitive, goal-oriented, and comfortable initiating conversations • Recognize that building a strong book of business includes consistent prospecting • Ability to leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to research prospects and build professional relationships • Strong communication skills with business owners and marketing decision-makers • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Requirements • In-office presence required for year 1 to learn systems, collaborate with leadership, and immerse yourself in the market • Hybrid flexibility available in year 2 based on performance • Reliable transportation for occasional local travel and event support
