• Field inquiries from customers related to their orders, stock availability, pricing and other related questions. • Maintain files, databases and reports within the department using Salesforce, assigning leads to salespeople, and ensuring that all leads are followed up on, then reporting monthly sales results to management and the sales team. • Manage travel and calendars for the department • 5 years Administrative Assistant experience, with experience supporting a manager and department • Excellent time management skills and exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
