Boss Frog’s is seeking for highly-motivated sales people for our Maui locations. Competitive wage, commissions and bonuses - $20-$40 per hour Full time positions provided Health Insurance, paid vacation time Free activities for you plus a guest when available Essential Job Functions: Selling/booking tourist activities Renting beach equipment (snorkel gear, surf boards, chairs, etc.) Ability to use booking software (we use AL- Desk computer application) Scheduling vacation ownership tours with local resorts Strong candidates possess the following attributes: Thorough knowledge of the Island of Maui, with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island is essential 6 months experience in the activities, retail, rental and/or timeshare industry Minimum 6 months living on island Strong ability to sell and book activities, services and goods, and fit customers with gear Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment, multi-task and balance priorities Strong, professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills, at work, via e-mail, and by phone High school Diploma or equivalent AL-Desk proficiency; computer proficiency with the ability to learn Project a professional company image and attitude Fluency in English (speak, read, write) Provide resume and statement of interest Boss Frog’s Dive and Surf is an established company that has been operating on Maui for over 30 years.
